A perfect example is the collaboration between the renowned fashion label Esther Perbandt and Adidas. Together, they designed an exclusive fashion jewelry collection that was developed and manufactured by Ars Vivendi Germany in Pforzheim, Germany’s renowned “Gold City.”
With its distinctive and unique design, the collection embodies both the Adidas brand and Esther Perbandt’s creative vision.
The iconic Adidas shoelace was reinterpreted in metal while retaining the flexible, natural character of the original textile design.
In addition, the Adidas Trefoil logo was seamlessly integrated into the shoelace design.
The most challenging aspect of this project was preserving the textile character of the shoelaces while translating their distinctive look and feel into brass.
Each piece in the collection was first crafted from brass before being finished with 14-karat gold plating, giving it a refined, premium appearance.
