Initial inquiry

Drawing on more than 40 years of industry experience supporting both small and large jewelry and fashion brands, as well as developing complete jewelry collections, we also offer professional consulting services for startups, including collection development and product marketing.
Briefing & Concept. Development
Together, we define a clear roadmap for your jewelry project — tailored to your ideas, wishes, and requirements.
Your vision may already be highly detailed, for example in the form of prototypes or 3D drawings, or it may still be at an early stage. In this case, we are happy to support you with our expertise throughout the creative process — from initial brainstorming to the development of concrete product concepts.
This phase also includes material research. We assess whether your preferred materials are suitable for your products and advise you on the selection of materials, metals, surface finishes, gemstones, pearls and colors.
Business Feasibility Analysis
In this step, we conduct a thorough evaluation of your project to help ensure your product or collection is positioned for commercial success.
We assess market potential, production feasibility, and economic viability to support the long-term performance of your project.
3D Design
In this phase, your product ideas begin to take shape. You will receive a 3D rendering of your jewelry or accessories, complete with dimensions and weight, giving you a realistic impression of the final product.
Based on this model, you can review the design and decide whether any adjustments are needed before moving forward.
This phase also includes an initial cost estimate covering both development costs and projected production prices across different order quantities.
Custom-made Prototype
Once you have approved the 3D design, we develop a physical metal prototype based on the digital model. This prototype gives you a realistic impression of the size, weight, and volume of your jewelry piece or accessory.
Prototype development typically takes around 6–8 weeks from approval of the 3D design to delivery of the finished sample.
Throughout the entire process, we work transparently and closely with you, allowing for adjustments and refinements at any stage if required.
Final Goldsmith Production
Once the prototype has been approved, a goldsmith handcrafts the final piece using your selected materials. This stage transforms your design into the finished jewelry piece, reflecting its final look, feel, and quality.
Pilot Run
The next step is an initial small-scale production run, known as the “pilot run.” This stage allows us to ensure that the piece can be reproduced consistently in series production while fully meeting your expectations.
Series Production
Once the pilot run meets your expectations, we move into full-scale production in your desired quantities. Typical delivery time for new products is approximately 8–10 weeks, although delivery times may vary depending on materials and externally sourced components.
Production can be carried out entirely in Germany with the “Made in Germany” quality seal, fully abroad, or through a hybrid production model combining domestic and international manufacturing facilities. We provide flexible production tailored to your needs, even for small minimum order quantities.
Quality Control
Only flawless products leave our production facilities. During quality control, every jewelry piece and accessory undergoes a thorough inspection to ensure that all items meet your exact specifications, quality standards, and production requirements.
Packaging & Shipping
Upon request, Ars Vivendi Germany will also take care of the packaging of your products, using sustainable and plastic-free packaging when desired. Furthermore, we can assist with sourcing suitable packaging solutions such as jewelry boxes, pouches, etc., and can recommend reliable partners with whom we have enjoyed close working relationships for many years.
Once everything is ready for dispatch, the finished items are either shipped to you or directly to the end customer as part of a fulfillment agreement.
Business Performance review
Together, we will evaluate the commercial success of your product and determine which insights and measures can be applied to future products and/or collections.
