Yes, Ars Vivendi Germany has a great interest in sustainable jewelry production. Recycled materials and certified sustainable production processes are used on request. Sustainable solutions and recycled raw materials are a natural part of the range of services.

The range includes various surface treatments such as classic electroplating, PVD color coatings and other finishing processes.

Electroplating – available colors:

Yellow gold in various shades (from warm yellow gold to rich high gold), silver in various shades (from light rhodium to dark antique silver), rose gold in various shades (from delicate rose to warm red gold).

Layer thicknesses & quality levels:

Depending on the intended use and quality requirements, different layer thicknesses can be realized – from flash gold plating for trendy fashion items to standard layer thicknesses up to 10.0 µ for particularly durable products. Vermeile gold plating is also available for the highest quality requirements: sterling silver with a gold layer of at least 2.5 µ – one of the most durable and high-quality plating options in the fashion jewelry sector.

All products are produced in compliance with REACH. REACH is the European chemicals regulation that ensures the protection of human health and the environment. This guarantees that all materials used comply with the highest European safety standards.

Phase 1: Preparation (approx. 1-2 weeks)

  1. Inquiry and initial meeting – you get in touch and describe your project. We listen, ask specific questions and check how we can best help you.
  2. Briefing – In a detailed briefing, we work together to concretize your ideas: Target group, material requirements, quantities, time frame and budget are discussed and recorded in writing.
  3. Business assessment – your project is checked for economic feasibility. You will receive an initial assessment of costs, calculation and market potential.

Phase 2: Development & prototyping (approx. 6-8 weeks)

  1. 3D design with dimensions and weights – Our designers turn your idea into a precise 3D model – including exact dimensions, weights and material specifications.
  2. Handmade metal prototype – A first metal prototype is made by hand. This is used to check the shape, proportions and feel.
  3. Goldsmith prototype made from the final materials – After your approval, a prototype is produced in the actual target materials and surfaces – as close as possible to the later series product.

  1. Pilot series – An initial small series is produced to check manufacturing processes, quality and consistency before main production starts.
  2. Series production – After approval of the pilot series, regular series production starts in the agreed quantity – in Germany, abroad or in combination.
  3. Quality control – Every single piece of jewelry is checked according to defined specifications. The final inspection always takes place on site in Pforzheim.

Phase 4: Delivery & success control (approx. 1-2 weeks)

The ideas may already be worked out in great detail – for example in the form of prototypes or 3D drawings – or they may still be very vague. After the first meeting, a rough estimate of the costs can already be given, which is then converted into a concrete offer. In the 3D design phase, you will receive an initial preliminary price calculation for the costs of development and the series price based on different quantities.

No piece leaves the inspection process that does not fully comply with the agreed specifications.

Final inspection always on site in Pforzheim

Regardless of the production location, the final quality control always takes place on site in Pforzheim. In this way, Ars Vivendi Germany ensures that every delivery – even in the case of international production – is personally inspected, put through its paces and only passed on to the customer after express approval. This final in-house inspection is a key quality promise to all customers.

Once the final prototype has been approved, an initial series production run is carried out in small quantities – the so-called pilot series. This is where we check whether the series-produced item is implemented flawlessly and meets your expectations before the ‘real’ series production starts.

Confidentiality agreement (NDA)

Upon request, a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) can be signed before the start of the project. Assembly & packaging

Each piece of jewelry is professionally assembled according to your specifications. This includes placing them in jewelry boxes, bags or pouches, attaching price tags, hangtags or labels, adding care instructions or certificates of authenticity and putting together sets or gift packaging. Ars Vivendi Germany also supports you in the procurement of suitable packaging material – whether simple standard packaging or individual brand solutions with your own logo and design.

Customer communication & complaint management

On request, we can also take over direct communication with your end customers – for queries about orders, delivery status or in the event of a complaint. Individual shipping to end customers (D2C)

Each order is individually picked, packed and shipped directly to your end customers – with your brand in the foreground. Returns management
