After the briefing, we support you in developing prototypes of your jewelry. We help you to select the right materials, processing techniques and designs to produce prototypes that meet your requirements, will be successful on the market and can easily be mass-produced.
Zero series

Production
We start the series production of your jewelry and ensure that the products are manufactured in the desired quantity and quality. With our many years of experience in jewelry manufacturing and our production capacities, we can guarantee efficient and reliable series production at good prices.
Control
We carry out a thorough final inspection to guarantee that the jewelry produced meets the specified quality standards. This involves checking materials, workmanship, design and functionality.
Confection
We also support you with the assembly of your jewelry, such as packaging, labeling or adding accessories. The pieces of jewelry are assembled according to your specifications and prepared for sale or shipping.
Shipping

Initial inquiry

Briefing and concept
Together, we define a clear roadmap for your jewelry project based on your individual requirements.
Whether you already have detailed concepts, prototypes, or 3D designs – or just an initial idea – we support you in refining and developing your vision.
This phase also includes material research: we evaluate feasibility, recommend suitable materials, metals, surface finishes, stones, and colors, and ensure everything aligns with your goals.
Business evaluation
We assess your project from a commercial perspective to ensure it has strong market potential and can be produced economically.
3D Design
Your idea becomes tangible. You receive a detailed 3D file including dimensions and weight, allowing you to review and refine your product before moving forward. At this stage, we also provide an initial cost estimate for development and series production at different quantities.
Prototyp development
Once the 3D design is approved, we create a first physical prototype based on the model. This prototype allows you to evaluate size, weight, and proportions. Development typically takes around 6–8 weeks.
All steps are carried out transparently, giving you full control and the ability to request adjustments at any time
Final prototype (goldsmith version)
After approval of the prototype, a goldsmith creates the final piece using your selected materials. This version represents your finished product in its final quality and appearance.
Pilot series
Before full production, we create a small initial batch (pilot series) to ensure everything meets your expectations in real production conditions.
Series production
Once the pilot series is approved, we move into full production. Typical delivery time for new products is 8–10 weeks, depending on materials and components.
Production can take place:
- entirely in Germany (“Made in Germany”)
- internationally
- or as a hybrid solution
We remain flexible and can accommodate small minimum order quantities.
Quality control
Only flawless products leave our production process. Each item is carefully inspected to ensure it meets your exact specifications and quality standards.
Packaging and shipping
Upon request, we handle packaging and fulfillment for your products. We can source suitable packaging solutions and work with trusted partners for boxes, bags, and more – including sustainable and plastic-free options.
Your products are then shipped directly to you or your end customers.
Performance review
Together, we evaluate the commercial success of your product and identify opportunities for future improvements, collections, or scaling.

3D Design

You can use this file to check whether the product meets your expectations or whether changes need to be made. This phase also includes an initial preliminary price calculation for the costs of development and the series price based on different quantities.
Handmade prototype
The 3D design corresponds to your ideas. After your approval, we now develop a metal prototype based on the 3D file, which shows you the size, weight and volume of your piece of jewelry or accessory. As before, all processes take place transparently and together with you, so that you can intervene at any time if you have any change requests.
Goldsmith prototype
As soon as the prototype meets your requirements and has been approved, a goldsmith handcrafts the final piece of jewelry, this time as an original from the materials you have selected.
Zero series
You have approved your piece of jewelry or accessory based on the final prototype. Now we start the first series production in small quantities, the so-called "pilot series". This is where we check whether the series-produced piece is implemented perfectly and meets your expectations.
Series production
The pilot series is just as you imagined your project. Now we can start "real" series production and produce the quantity you have chosen. Depending on your wishes, this can take place exclusively in Germany, 100% abroad or in a combination of domestic and foreign production facilities.
Quality control
Only flawless products leave our premises. During quality control, the pieces of jewelry or accessories are therefore put through their paces once again to ensure that every piece meets your expectations and specifications exactly.
Packaging and shipping
If you wish, we will be happy to package the jewelry or accessories for you. We are also happy to help you with the procurement of suitable packaging materials such as boxes, boxes, bags, etc. and can name reliable partners with whom we have had close relationships for many years.
As soon as everything is ready for dispatch, the goods will be sent and delivered to you.
